I heard madd stories about Stevie D from older dudes I've boxed with from the Bronx, he is someone who is what the thread title is asking if the rapper Fat Joe was. There are a lot of legends from the Bronx that for whatever reason don't get mentioned by Bronx rappers like that, unlike Queens and Brooklyn and Harlem where the rappers throw all of them names in their songs
