I love how we all just ignore Steph choking in every single NBA finals he's ever been in. I could care less how many 40 foot three pointers he makes. It won't change the fact that he shrunk on the biggest stage every time. To the point where you legit forgot he was even on the court. Steph is no way shape or form in that MJ, Bron, Kobe class. Let's just cut the bullshyt already. Great player. But once you take away that jump shot he's damn near useless. That's just the facts:yeshrug:
Take away a skill that’s literally predicated on the game of basketball brehs… fam your an all time moron hands down :mjlol:

I'm speaking on what ACTUALLY happened you fukkin retard. He got his jumpshot taken away and he was useless. That's why Andre iguodala got a finals MVP at home and Steph has zero.

All you stat whores are disgusting....we all seen those finals. We all seen Steph choke. We all seen him get clamped by Kevin love in the biggest moment of his life:russ:

:deadmanny:

So Steph statistically being better at literally everything in the finals means nothing but your eye test from one series is credible.:mjlol:

They only gave it to Iggy because he was guarding Bron (who led both teams in pts, rebounds, and assists) lol, they did the same shyt with Kawhi the year before. Nobody who actually knows basketball thinks/thought Iggy was the most valuable player in that Finals (no offense to Iggy).

Steph is never going to hit that debate no matter how much his stans push it. He was just never in that stratosphere. Hell, KD is never even gonna get there.

steph is currently better than lebron. If lebron is in the conversation already then Steph definitely is with another ring :manny:

Zeke was a sprained ankle/bad call away from 3 peating in the magic and bird era. Let steph be steph
:laff: ok. Zeke had backup on that squad. Seven of his teammate were in double digits G7. They picked up where he slacked off. They just got beat by the better team. Let’s not revise history here

87-90 Pistons run was only 2nd to Jordan Bulls runs
The Warriors playoffs run is much better than the Pistons. They have more historical moments than Pistons.
His playoff resume certainly isn’t there. But he is very well liked so that helps.
Curry playoffs resume is more impressive than most Hall of Famers postseason stats. It's among the elite.
5 straight finals appearance while averaging 26.5 pts, 6.3 assists, and 5.4 rebs in the postseason. There's no other PG beside Magic that has a better playoff resume than Steph.

It seems this is something that needs to be stressed all the time, because mfers don't wanna listen:

The fact that Steph's playoff box score numbers are among the 'best of the best' is a testament to how great he is, because they really understate his game. The fact he receives greater defensive pressure and attention than anyone to ever play the game, makes his points per game and efficiency that more impressive. Just imagine if he was defended 1v1 all the time, and teams weren't throwing multiple defenders at him, on and off the ball. Imagine if he was defended just like your regular star. Imagine what his numbers would look like.

Imagine if he didn't sacrifice his assists because him initiating the possession in order to move the ball for an open shot [hockey assist] actually leads to a greater shot opportunity, and actually leads to a greater offense, as a whole.

Steph sacrifices his numbers in order for the team to be better.

This is why if you're judging him by the surface numbers, you're doing a disservice to his game and impact.
