If I am getting paid that much money, I honestly wouldn't care much about a championship lol. 31 team loses every year. I go back to my wealth and I entertained fans for a season.
This is why it's so important to have a tier 1 closer on your team.....As great as Embiid is, he's not an elite closer. Embiid is a top 3 player but he isn't going to consistently take over the game down the stretch like Lebron, Curry, Kawhi, Doncic, Butler, Kyrie......I think Philly should go hard after Kyrie...Do a straight-up sign/trade or work out a multi-team deal.....Embiid needs a 2nd option who knows how to close games.
