I agree with the premise of the thread, but I don't see how people are throwing shade at Scotty Brook's offense. His two best players are a jump shooter and a slasher. His whole team is full of jump shooters. Coaches work with the players they're given. It's not like he can drop it in the paint because he doesn't have the players for that. I bet he'd love to have Z-Bo or Al Jefferson to take pressure off the offense, but that ain't what he's got.

those weights are usually from people's rookie years and never or rarely updated. Unless you think Shaq was 325 every year of his career.

Lebron is probably 275

KD is 6'11

Shaq was usually fat and out of shape but NBA.com has Lj at 250 and even that doesn't appear true.

There's not that much of a height difference between Dirk and KD -

Remove the hair and Dirk is maybe an inch or 2 taller.
K.D. looks like a big ass 13 yr old..

because it aint true.

its not even about backing someone down to the hoop. Footwork and positioning is key. Thats where a post moves comes from.

Plus he has length and quickness.

The only way OKC will win an NBA title is if they can get low post scoring, and Durant should have that in his game by now.
These dudes think there only one way to back down and that with brute strength but u can also have a crafty and finese post game like Cassell. In KD case with his height and touch, that's his best route. Livingston isn't a strong either and has a similar build and frame to durant and he just uses his height and craftiness to get his.
