For some women yes. Like most things in life, women aren't a monolith they don't all act the same and want the same things. For the type of woman OP described however, it seems like she almost would thrive a bi-polar like nikka. One whose always on the fence about to beat her ass and then next day bring flowers. For some women that's the only way to stop them from getting bored. Why do you think that bi-polar nikka always had the most loyal female?
I don't think anybody should be a total simp though, I could see how that would be a turn off for anybody.
I've had women that I've kinda led on completely dote over me and that shyt does get annoying after a while if they're always trying to please you, always texting you, always trying to be with you, I understand women completely from that angle. At the same time I'm way too mellow a person to square up with my girl every other night just to keep the "excitement" there so you just have to find the balance of what compliments with your personality when choosing a significant other. Unless your personality is 100% simp(I kinda blame mom's for this), that shyt won't end well for you
In the OP's situation, me personally I would be looking for a replacement on the side, because 9/10 that type of language from your girl doesn't end with happily ever after

It's never a bad idea to be nice to anyone. Just be real about it. Don't agree just to agree. Have your own opinion, your own interests and don't pretend or go too much out of your way for anyone...something about that takes away from being genuine.
