Have you looked at PERR, MERR, VORP, MORP, BPM, WIN SHARE, PIE SHARE, RAPTOR AND TYRANNOSAURUS averages before coming to that decision?

I don't get people saying he is considerably worse. That said fine. Let me ask the question again. Do you think the only reason LeBron hasn't been to the finals at least 5 of the 6years he has been playing is because he has been hurt?

The depth of the west had NOTHING to do with it?

If that's the case then fine. I won't belabour the question anymore.
Watch Miami Heat Bron or Cleveland Bron and you'll see the difference. He's a cone defensively now and doesn't have the stamina to play both ends, he can't beat most wings off the dribble anymore, and he hardly plays above the rim unless its a fastbreak. His athleticism has waned significantly.

The West hasn't even had historically great teams during most of his Laker run. In 2020 the Lakers were the best team in the conference and in 2021 they started 21-5 before the season was derailed by injuries. The last two seasons were again marred by injuries but the team wasn't good regardless because of the stupid Westbrook trade. Anyways, the East is better than the West and has been for awhile now. The best and most consistent teams in the league are Milwaukee, Boston, and Philly. The West is a crapshoot, people barely respect the top three seeds and think a team that was just put together (the Suns) are going to win the conference. The Lakers finished one game from the 5th seed and they were trash for 75% of the season.

Fine. So LeBron is a shell of his former shelf. Understood.

The west sucks now and the East is better. So I repeat, are you saying if LeBron was healthy he would have probably made the finals consistently in the current weaker West?

Looks like you've ignored my entire post so you can run with a dumb agenda. If you think a 38 year old in his 20th season that could hardly play more than 50 games is not only as good as he was in his prime but should be leading his team to championships, go right ahead.
Just keep that same energy for Jordan, Kobe, and other all-time greats that couldn't sniff the playoffs at the same age :manny:

Well when you actually think about it Lebron and whoever agrees with him is wrong.

sure give credit to winning the title

But

Dude was in the finals in the East every year.

Besides that one title, the team is always fighting for their life to even make the playoffs.

So like being in the finals like 7 times in the East compared to 1 in the west shows that the west is harder

Does it not?
You nikkas might be legit idiots...

LeBron's 15 years out east was in his youth, his absolute peak, his unquestioned prime...

He went west in Y16, age 33 heading to 34. Yet your expectation is that he be able replicate the success he drive when he was in his 20s and early 30s...

He's been out west for 5 years, not six. He's missed the playoffs two years...

Yes I think he had a chance at a Finals in '19 if he doesn't get hurt. '21, the whole team falls apart, ditto for '22 but the team was bad. '22 is the only year I'd feel they weren't a Finals contender regardless of his health because the team was bad. Three of his first four LA years they've been contenders and I'd blame it on his health more than the depth of The West...
So were the Utah Jazz the next year and PHX suns the year after that. So?
Those teams didn't win the title though, so what's your actual point?

I didn't ignore your post. I asked you to give your opinion but you refuse to answer. All you had to say is "I think without injury, Lebron would have made the finals" , Or "No, even if he stayed healthy he probably wasn't going to the finals every year in the West"

That's all.

As a physical athlete, Lebron has no equal. He is much better at this age than MJ or Kobe was, but that wasn't the question I was asking. Yet you deflected from the question to bring their names in, and have the gall to refer to someone having an agenda?

Amazing.

Edit: like @murksiderock answered.

You're asking me why a player in his 20th season is not capable of meeting the standards he set when he was a decade younger and you expect me to take you seriously. Amazing.

And no, you clearly ignored my post. I already said that in 2021 the team was a contender but the season was ruined by injuries and in 2022 the team was trash but the season was still ruined by injuries. What more do you want?

That nikka still in league and is considered top 5 player that’s playing with someone who is considered top ten when playing

You the type of dude to use his age when he’s taking Ls and then turn around to use “and he’s 39!” When he does something good

Nobody got time to argue with your type

1 seed doesn’t matter. Lakers got a very unusual situation with Street Clothes getting 6 months of rest before playing basketball again. Not to mention Street Clothes saw outlier shooting in that fake setting. So yeah, people are right to say that chip holds no weigjt
