Without d'antoni steve nash has been to the wcf :sas1:What has dantoni done without nash except spark some gooks career
Alvin Gentry basically ran the same system that D'antoni did. Don't forget that Alvin was D'antoni's Assistant coach for the full five seasons that he was in Phoenix. Chris Duhan looked like an NBA player under Mike and Jeremy Lin looked like a borderline all-star.

We saw what Nash looked like outside of D'antoni's offense. Borderline All-star, not a top 10 player and sure as hell not a 2 time MVP.

Considering he never made the NBA finals, neither.

So westbook doesn't deserve consideration this year? :francis::francis:

By your strange logic, Whats more impressive...

Being the 8th seed in the West or Being the 3-4th seed in the East?

Getting wins out West is 10x harder then the East
And still the 8th seed will have more wins then the 3-4th seed in the East

The 8th Seed Heat right now would be the 13th seed in the West, and thats without them playing all those West teams. IF they did, they would be the 73rd seed.

Logic...

great logic bruh

People here are extremely racist

2005- Shaq was a major piece but Wade elevating his game had a lot to do with the Heat's success too. Shaq at the time put up his worst stats since his rookie year. Not saying he wasn't worthy to win but its more worth the argument when he didn't want it in 2001. Tim Duncan missed too many games and the Minnesota Timberwolves didnt even make the playoffs. Nash winning it should be understandable since the suns were trash the year before

2006- the suns won a lot with Amare Stoudemire out of the lineup. Nash picked up the scoring slack and helped them win 54 games. That's big since Joe Johnson and Richardson also left. Kobes Lakers did not win enough games but he was deserving

the West is harder but you're going overboard. the Cleveland Cavaliers been toying around with these so called super tough western teams as of late

It's not a tragedy giving him the 2005 mvp title, or maybe like give it to shaq, but 2006 was definitely not the year for nash. Kobe put up prime Michael Jordan numbers while leading his team to the playoffs. shyt is terrible and in general mid 00s nba had some fukked up shyt, particularly obvious biased reffing.

He definitely deserved at least one of em ... and if you make the case for the 1st one he won, then he deserved the 2nd one even more with Amare being out

and Joe Johnson being traded so he can chase the money and Quentin Richardson not staying.

they basically had a whole new team outside Nash himself and Shawn Marion

the Lakers did not win enough games

Nash was the truth in Dallas fukk outta here. He would've gotten a ring and been a HOF lock had he stayed

Joe wanted to stay in Phoenix but Sarver decided to be a cheap ass cracker and low balled the hell out of him.

Atlanta came with that bread and that was that.
