Gotta get 7-8 to be a functioning adult.

I do brain work for about 2-3 hours a workday and when I'm running on fumes I'm basically useless.

Also I need a GOOD 7-8. Last year I cut out all caffeine (coffee, pre-workout, caffeinated teas) after 1 pm. I didn't realize how much that shyt was messing with my sleep. Started hitting a deep sleep early and wake up at 5:00 am feeling like a god :blessed:

I get about 8-9 hours, not consecutively as I always wake up around 3-4 every night and I toss and turn-pregnant so I’m experiencing discomfort and can’t lie on my back

You've probably heard me mention it before but red light bulbs at home are game changing.

Better in tune with the unfinite. Also, install this:

Your eyeballs will thank you. Also make your bedroom a bit colder than you think it should be but take a real hot shower before hand to offset.

I used to get 7-9. But for the past 6 months or so, my depression and stress levels have been at an all time high. I’ve been getting 5 at best. Typically anywhere from 3-4 hrs. And it’s been fukking with me physically and mentally. Oh, it’s also not consistent sleep either, I typically wake up then fall back asleep a couple of hours later, then wake up and try to fall back asleep again, but can’t, and just get up and start the day.
