What might seem like tyranny to a single breh is actually chaos deflector to another breh.

Stability.
Routine
Vetted puuusy
Family/Social circle stabilized
Children
DIrection
Lots of financial benefits or privileges for being married
As someone said above, even if they would rather try a different Avenue, it's cheaper to keep her.

It sounds awful, but OP's office co-workers have weighed their version of single life, and regardless if they cheat as married men, found that at least being married is a better position than single life.

Thats often the advice i get from married vets(10+yrs) and it seems thats the way it is...That Happy Wife, Happy Life shyt is real talk!

You know what's funny about that statement......who or what is directing women.....well a lot of it are corporations selling ideas and products that truly may make home life easier and more efficient, but it's also selling social engineering.

So "happy wife" is based on her maternal instincts but also products and services she is being marketed...as "necessary"...to her happiness. Not saying it's bad or good it just is.....

Rather be divorced and pay child support then bend over backwards that way :stopitslime:

She knows her role in this marriage or :camby:
The day I snip my own nuts off for the sake of “marriage” is the day I email my lawyer :yeshrug:

but ive told my wife this. The day these dudes starting letting their wife slide with that type of stuff then you’re gonna have a slippery slope

That was for the brehs not for you. Brehs should understand that the avg woman’s opinion on this subject should not be valued.

Again for the brehs, not you :unimpressed:

again, idc. Just because you’re sexist doesn’t mean I can’t offer advice. It’s not like I’m offering bad advice. You can always put me on ignore.
