You're Telling Me, I Got Family Visiting Right Now, I Already Missed 2 Runs And Went Out To Dinner Twice lol

I Was So Eager To Hit The 170's I Scale Watched Like A Muthafukka, I Hit 179 And Got And Amped, Weight Myself 3 Days Later And Was Back At 180 :noah:

Getting Refocused And Not Looking At That Scale For Another 2 Weeks

Yeah, just barely scrapped to 170 this morning. Weighing two weeks will make me feel less guilty on the damage I'm going to do Sunday.

I'm messing around with new menu compositions so I will be a good term to see how that works.

That might be my new measure. I got family dinner Sunday so my normal Monday weigh-in won't be pretty.

If you eat your protein first, it will probably balance out.

Have you tried putting protein powder in oatmeal or Cream of wheat? (if you eat it) I have a flavorless powder and I couldn't tell it was in there and I didn't get any mid-morning hunger.

It wont, infinite desserts :noah:

I haven't with powders but I don't have a lot of cals to spare. I've been messing around with the myfitnesspal and since Saturday I've hit 145, 133 and 161 with different food combos so I think that is solved.

Any Suggestions As Far As Brands When It Comes To Fish Oil?[/FONT][/B]

I fukk with this brand. I've tried a handful of different brands over the years, and this is the best one in my opinion.

However, a really knowledgeable cat I know suggested I try this, from the same company.

I keep my supplements minimal because it sometimes encourages bad eating habits when you think you can get all your nutrition from pills, I'd rather get the bulk of it from food. Still, I always take Omega-3 supplements, zinc, calcium, D, glucosamine, and a multi. Off the strength of this thread I copped some of that Isopure, it should be arriving tomorrow.

I eat plenty of vegetables, but every other day I throw some of this in a blender.

Oh, and I slip fiber pills into my system here and there in addition to occasionally juicing - if you ever get your hands on some medical photos of how much gunk is in the typical human colon, holy fukk, you'll know you need to do regular cleansing and maintenance. There are pounds and pound of shyt trapped there, and when you clear a significant amount out sometimes you realize you had 3-5 pounds just sitting inside you, rotting. I'm not into intermittent fasting, but the aspect of it that appeals to me is that it allows you to do system maintenance and cleansing, which really does wonders for your energy level.

Cutting weight is one thing, having a strong build is another, and keeping your system right is yet another. Doing all three in conjunction? :lawd:

You Know What? A Cleansing Thread Might Be A Good Idea.

I Know What You Mean About All The Built Up shyt In The Body, I've Seen It, shyt Freaked Me Out, Pounds Of Built Up Gunk In The Intestines. I Always Wanted To Cleanse The shyt Outta My Body (Literally) But Just Never Done The Research. I Know It Has To Be Deeper Then Buying Some Pills.

Yeah, the "cleansing" pills are a scam. They give you all these bullshyt herbs in each pill, then recommend you drink a shytload of water and fast - which is where the cleansing actually comes from. You can find good books backed by medical research on the topic, and those will steer you int the right direction. I've done all kinds of different cleanses, and while I've gone 5 days without food before, I'm not a proponent of prolonged fasting anymore. I really do think that strips your body of too many nutrients and can damage you in the long run. A 24 hour fast here and there as well as some days during which you juice and others where you go heavy on fresh vegetables can do wonders for your system without fukking up your usual routine. And if you can do this a handful of times on a regular cycle, you will feel the difference in terms of energy and see it in places like your eyes and your skin.

Got back to the gym after not going for like 5 weeks. :ahh: at the soreness.

Aside from the actual exercise and the gains to be made, this is definitely gonna help me sleep. Taking an hour to fall asleep is not hot.

Taking 3 Caps Spread Throughout The Day Along With Multivitamin And A Small Ass Vitamin D Pill

Any Suggestions As Far As Brands When It Comes To Fish Oil?

...I heard some of these supplements were not good to take daily...I recently started taking vitamin E ...but I only took it for a short amount of time...I am a vegetarian but I eat fish once a month so I figured I could cut out the fish oil...but I heard some of these vitamins combined with our daily diet can become harmful...

They're envious & sideline hating because they don't have the discipline to do what you did..

The Funny Thing Is I Dont Feel Any Hate Really When They Say It, I Almost Get A Sense Of Like Im Being Lean/Thin = Unhealthy

Well Im Sure Supplements EVERYDAY Cant Be Too Good For You But You Can Easily Cycle Off Them If Need Be, :manny: Im Not Sure What The Negatives Are But I Dont Think It's Something To Be Afraid Of

And I Dont Think Eating Fish Once A Month Is Really Doing Nothing For You
