man its so much easier cutting when you arent going out every night to drink like i was in the summer. still on the :lift: will post newest results october 1st.

with september over tomorrow ill just post my newest results now. as of september 1st i was 158.5..this morning i weighed 151. :wow:

feels so good brehs. pants are loose on me, no need to hold in my stomach when wearing tighter clothes, my arms looking big as fukk stretching out the sleeves but not looking pudgy in the mid section :king: and can even see the lines of where abs will be :ohmy: thats never happened in my life.

i figure i have another 10 pounds to go, so hopefully by november 1st i can start bulking..keep going brehs, to quote Jimmy Valvano "Don't Ever Give Up"

Coming into October still weighing 268. Had a weird September with so many family and social events springing up on me, like going to Chaps Charcoal Restaurant | Baltimore, Maryland (MD) :pachaha: So overall I gained no weight, but I didn't lose any either. That's never gonna happen again.

So for the next month I'm going low-carb, with no cheat days. I'll post a pic with my weight a month from today. I won't weigh myself until that date either so while I'll probably be fiending for a scale by the end of the week, I'm gonna hold strong and believe in what got me this far.

Good looking out on the suggestion on laying off the scale. Everything has been much more stress free that way, even after a week. Hopefully I make decent progress by next Monday morning.

My family had Thanksgiving giving level food yesterday for a gathering. Truth be told I went 125% HAM. In my mind days like this are rare so I'm going to enjoy them. That said for the holidays for me those are still just singular days. I don't eat hard on Thanksgiving and the entire weekend that follows. I have to think that is the bigger issue than one single day.

this is what i did both christmas and thanksgiving

eat all the meat i could put on a plate without lookin foolish(roughly half the plate)

loaded up on greens, threw in maybe a quarter plate of dressing

i gained exactly 1lb the weeks of both holidays :skip:

glad to see everyone pushing, @K-Deini :ohlawd: i remember that feeling too well when i realized i could wear all my clothing again...its magical

You Do Anything Out The Norm That Got You Thinking You Will Or Ya Just Paranoid? lol

Paranoid more than anything. I had a blowout day on Sunday but that was (will be) 1 day out of 14. Everything else has been extra water, harder workouts and consistent calories right at 600 below maintenance.

I was getting obsessive with the scale so I just have no idea at this point.

protein is much higher(IE 15/1 max, 12/1 or 10/1 ideal)

im hoping others make some threads :why: i got write a shyt ton just for engineering hw
