Good looking out on the suggestion on laying off the scale. Everything has been much more stress free that way, even after a week. Hopefully I make decent progress by next Monday morning.
My family had Thanksgiving giving level food yesterday for a gathering. Truth be told I went 125% HAM. In my mind days like this are rare so I'm going to enjoy them. That said for the holidays for me those are still just singular days. I don't eat hard on Thanksgiving and the entire weekend that follows. I have to think that is the bigger issue than one single day.Yeah Man, Once You Get It Out Your Mind You Feel More Free, In A Weird Way
