the numbers in this guide are tailor made for overweight/obese

shoot for 15/1 at most...ideally 12/1

the lower the bodyfat, the more you have to work to preserve muscle which entails higher protein per calorie, and consistent STRENGTH training not just ordinary lifting, true progression with heavy weight

What about fat intake? Is that not an issue. Calories only?

fat and carb intake are negligible as long as you are following the protein requirement

@ 12/1 a typical range would be: 1800 cal 150g protein(min)

you will struggle to eat "bad" food trying to reach those numbers...i assure you

overall numbers for the day are the only requirement, not per meal

so if you theoretically ate 2lbs of ground beef that gave you 150g protein @ 1000 cal

the remaining 800 could be anything

you just have to remember:

1. get your protein first and foremost
2. eat something protein heavy with every meal if possible

So anything over 150 is a bonus?

if calories stay the same yes

the lower your ratio the better

just realize the less and less carbs you have, the less energy youll have too

its crucial once bf% drops below 15 to not exceed a 500 cal deficit

the goal is fat loss not breaking a world record for weight dropped.

whats the point in losing tons of weight if its not pure fat?

id just do:

1 Bronkaid pill/caffeine pill day 1

2 bronkaid/caffeine day 2-4(spaced apart 4 hours)

3 bronkaid/caffeine day 5-finish(spaced apart 4 hours)

each dose is always 1/1

imo you dont really need 3, i only took 2 the whole time :manny:
