@MMSex First off, thanks for this.

Quick question. MyFitnessPal has me at a 600 Calorie deficit when I put my goals in, but their daily protein goal is much lower than yours. People on their forums also have made threads "complaining" about it and everywhere I read has something diff to say about optimal protein levels (protein/lbs weight, protein/lean muscle, etc).

Will ignoring/getting more than MFP protein levels hurt/help?

I just had my last cheat meal until the summer hits. Im talking around the first official day of summer, not some ol' "It's 70 outside today, lets barbecue" shyt.

Went fukking nuts on food yesterday, after doing some basement work and woke up this morning with the shyttiest feeling ever. Damn near threw up. Starting tomorrow I'm going back to incline running(which I was doing already) but mixing in a shyt ton of pushups and getting back to weight lifting. Sick of the holding pattern I've been in for the last 3 months...Just wasting money in the end. Protein, Protein and more protein...while at a deficit. Your boy is gonna wreck shyt these next 4 months.

Watch this space. June 24th. You'll see another before/after comparison. Dropping the first 150 will be nothing compared to this.

the main purpose of Myfitnesspal is accurate counting, their goal method isnt important. you know your numbers just use the app the count

protein wise you should always shoot for better ratios than 20/1 if possible(ie <15/1)

No, I didn't. It's in here or a separate thread? Can you link it?

Got U

This Might Not Be The Most Nutritious Dinner/Lunch Brehs But I Make This More So Just To Get The Mental Satisfaction Of Eating Pizza :manny:

Flat Wheat Bread Pizza Crust, 2% Milk Mozzarella Cheese (Or Also Low Fat), Turkey Pepperoni

Put That bytch Together, Throw In The Oven At 350 For 10 Mins

Out The Oven, The Turket Pepperoni Seems To Curl Up When Hot, Maybe I's The Cheap Store Brand I Got

Good looking out! Do you eat that on the regular? How does it taste?

I may have to keep those ingredients in rotation.

I Havent Made It In Awhile But Trust Me Its GOOD

Way Better Then Frozen Pizza

If Your Hesitant About Eating Wheat Crust And Turkey Bacon, Trust Me, Dont Be

When U Get The Sauce Try To Look For The Pizza One Specifically, To Me It Taste Better Then Regular Ass Tomato Sauce

I Sprinkle Some Garlic And Pepper On It And You'll Like It A HELL Of Alot More Then Frozen Pizza

Plus it Takes Like 5 Mins To Put Together And Like 10-15 Mins In The Oven

Bet, I'm going to try it. I've made my own pizza at home before but I tried to roll out a ball of dough and that was waaaayy harder than it looked on television. Pizza was reaaalllll ugly. I'm going to try that wheat crust though.
