Bet, I'm going to try it. I've made my own pizza at home before but I tried to roll out a ball of dough and that was waaaayy harder than it looked on television. Pizza was reaaalllll ugly. I'm going to try that wheat crust though.

I Was Hesitant About The Ready Made Wheat Crust, But Once You Pull It Out The Over Its Just Like Crunchy Crust, And Yeah Its Alot Easier Then Making The Dough Ya'self lol

I swear pizza is one of those things that isn't worth trying to slim down. I would rather just throw cals and macros in the bushes that day and eat high quality.

I think you're right. It's SO worth it, every time.

Reading this shyt, it's time for me to lose my gut and man t*ts. It's too late to get that summer body, but fukk it, always prep for the next year. Graduate college next may, so I wanna drop from 270+ to 200 - 210

A couple questions for the fitness gurus out there, using a calorie calculator I found on here. I entered in all my shyt and it says for me to lose weight, I gotta eat between 2200 - 2400 calories a day to lose weight, :wtf: that's more than I eat now. Should I cut that number down to around 1800 a day or use what they gave me and work out 3 times a week.

With the SL5x5, is there an alternate to squats I can do, cause I fukked my knees up bad and can't go as low as people say you're suppose to go?

I hope you had some sort of surgery because if not, you need to do them. I had back problems and was scared to deadlift for a min. Back is stronger than ever and folks askin me if I grew. Just start light and get form down. And don't worry how light that bytch is, you'll progress fast.

:usure: Do you track your calories now because if not you could be eating more but not realizing it.

Was the 2200-2400 after you cut an additional 500-800 calories from what the number the calculator gave you? If so that's the calorie range you should stay in. Even if you are eating less calories now, it's not so much about how much you eat but what you're eating. Your current diet may not fit your macros. You still want to make sure you stay in your calorie range though. I think if you incorporate a work out plan into the mix you're going to need the calories.

The 2200 - 2400 was what the calorie calculator said I was suppose to intake daily, I track on and off when it comes to calories. I usually only eat 2 meals a day and snack throughout the rest, but I do eat shyt I should cut out.

A small amount of weight in the right place can change people's perceptions easily. Most people can't calculate weight loss based of pounds/appearance any way.

I'm well over where I should be right now and people last night were telling me I looked good maintaining where I was at.
