Damn breh brehs, it's powerful to see so many people interested in taking care of themselves, especially in this country. MMS came through like the patron saint of training and shyt.
I had a relapse with an old basketball back injury and went from 6'6 218 of lean muscle to 6'6 265 over a two year period. A lot of drinking and rich ass food from gourmet restaurants mixed in too (my close friends included a chef at one of San Fran's top restaurants and a bartender at another expensive ass spot - mad free meals and alcohol killed me).
Over the past two and a half months I'm down to 240, trying to get back down to 218 in the next 3 months but cardio is out of the equation because it fukks with my hips. I used to do 35 minutes of HIIT 4 days a week, now I have to settle for briskly walking 3-4 miles in the morning 4-5 days a week. Been hitting the weights again, getting lean quickly, feeling good.
First time I came into the gym forum on the new site, shyt got me hyped that so many people are dedicating themselves to the discipline and effort it takes to be healthful. Makes me want to keep it that much triller.
