I got a dilemma brehs:

All of my alloted time is up with my trainer. I could re-up but December-Mid January is insane for me at work. I don't need a break but trying to fit in timed session for lifiting won't be easy. But dude is a beast with the routines. Thinking about just switching to 5x5 fully for December then reevaluating by the middle of January.

Thoughts?

why do you need a trainer to tell you what to do? :what:

you need:

1)notepad with the weight you did for a exercise
2)enough patience to study form until you have it right
3)will power to lift weight

trainers charge you $90 to do just 1 and 3 cause half of them dont teach proper form

cause theres only one goal in lifting...and its not working up a sweat or leaving the gym sore

its increasing the max reps or weight you did for an exercise :aicmon:

you can still do your trainer etc but at some point you are going to muster the drive and desire to be better yourself

a much better idea is to bring a friend if possible

I got a trainer to critique my form. I thought I was doing it right, especially when I got in front of a mirror, but he did all sorts of adjustments to the form and now I can tell that I had it wrong before. I specifically made it clear that I only wanted to hire him to learn proper form.

I don't have the option of bringing a friend, most of the girls stay away from the weight machines, and most of the men lifters I know don't exercise correct form.

I'm almost ready for Thanksgiving to be over tomorrow. I'm going to push it to the limit between Friday the 23rd and 12/24

got results from my blood test back, i have an overactive thyroid. my doctor said to stop dieting because even if i wanted to gain weight i couldn't? also said my heart is working too hard. im gonna stop taking the ec stack.

im skeptical to say the least. maybe i should start bulking and come back to cutting around march?

id trust him on the ec stack

and i agree, start bulking. But avoid stimulants. High protein and trust your progression over any thing else

much easier to make your calories for the day with 2 meals as opposed to 3 or 4

brita filter: as in a pitcher or anyway you dont have to buy water bottles :manny:
