I got a dilemma brehs:
All of my alloted time is up with my trainer. I could re-up but December-Mid January is insane for me at work. I don't need a break but trying to fit in timed session for lifiting won't be easy. But dude is a beast with the routines. Thinking about just switching to 5x5 fully for December then reevaluating by the middle of January.
Thoughts?
