would you cut 10-20% cals like he said you can do on saturday and sunday or stay with the plan? also creatine, mct, or dag oil, etc, are they necessary? or can fish oil, multi, zinc do the trick?

well i dont think im gonna be like that by the end of it, but thats the goal. this is the first time i actually did a cut/bulk/cut before. last august 1st i was 180 and without much of a strong base. on december 1st i was 150, did a clean bulk with starting strength and today im 160. where it will take me? who knows![]()
