Arms - Barbell Curls, 21s, then free weights and machines
(Did this last wed,thurs and fri) since CT Fletcher said do arms every day, and I was scoping out the new gym I joined.

Then Sat my arms was like :comeon::to::whoa: so I did cardio on Saturday. Rested on Sun.

Yesterday I went in and hit the leg machines row, just did em all till failure. I don't rep count (CT videos), just do a weight I can manage, till sore, then rest, increase weight and do again.

My legs feel like jelly today

Good for you, my dude!! Keep up the good work.

Well I feel sore from gym last few days.. guess something is working (down 3 pounds since last week). I know it's just 1st week shock to the body.... Will stick to it now. 20/1 is max ratio, good to know. Will aim lower like you said 14/1

dont make it too complicated

thats why i made 20/1 as big as i did.

losing weight is 90% diet. How you look at the end depends on ur gym ethic

Found a snack at work to avoid Chip cravings... The Sweet and Hot flavor -- 70 cals 13g protein, and a cup of water.

Jack Link's Beef Jerky

Cost twice a pack of chips, but I was craving a snack (cuz I didn't eat anything just shake this morn).. and water is free compared to soda, so I break even.

On my cut atm, this is what I do - drink more water, lift heavy, that's it.

2 blocks mozzarella ~200cal ~18g protein
Secret Family Marinara ~~80cal

~1000cal @ 78g protein :whew:

cutting doesnt have to be miserable :wow:

Damn shame I'm just getting in here. I've been living in Equinox and have lost 22 pounds in the past 7 weeks.

I'm going to use the tips in here and get it going some more.

just make sure you lifting hard. Its not about the numbers on the scale. Its what you see when youre done.

I've been checkout those CT and Mike Rashid videos...real good stuff. Right now I am finishing up the last half of Insanity which helped me cut down my weight buts its also improving my conditioning and endurance.It will be very beneficial when I start hitting up the weights again next month...will be able to go harder and longer. Going to rep to failure when I get back on the weights.

It's a good feeling. Started at 212, now I'm down to 183. The only problem is that I only lifted about 2-3 times a week while going into major caloric deficits so I've definitely lost muscle along the way :sadbron:

Making up for it tho by going to the gym 5x a week starting two weeks ago so I can build muscle and lose stubborn fat around my sides. I'm looking into getting some supplements now so I can consume more protein efficiently without ruining my caloric deficits.

the more you do it the more itll be habit, before you know it youll be a rockstar :wow:
