Arms - Barbell Curls, 21s, then free weights and machines
(Did this last wed,thurs and fri) since CT Fletcher said do arms every day, and I was scoping out the new gym I joined.
Then Sat my arms was likeso I did cardio on Saturday. Rested on Sun.
Yesterday I went in and hit the leg machines row, just did em all till failure. I don't rep count (CT videos), just do a weight I can manage, till sore, then rest, increase weight and do again.
My legs feel like jelly today
