i got great gains with PHAT after my initial cutits begun
@MMSex i remember you posting that you did phat while you were cutting, how did that go? did it yield good results or did you wish you did something else after the fact?

i didnt cut though on PHAT, i was "clean" bulking
gained probably a good 7-8 lbs of muscle in 3 months
Phat and variations of it can be high volume and taxing. Depending how deep your are cutting there might be a better route.my bad. so tired of the ss routine![]()

im gonna go with doing it every two weeks on monday mornings then.Water fluctuations are unpredictable. For example when I am restricting calories my weight increases Sunday through Wednesday and tapers Thursday to Saturday. Things like that are why you need a consistent time and method .
id get to 5x5 then 5x8how many bodyweight dips/chins should i do before i start adding some weight to them? im currently able to do 3x5 for each.
