@MMSex i remember you posting that you did phat while you were cutting, how did that go? did it yield good results or did you wish you did something else after the fact?

i got great gains with PHAT after my initial cut

i didnt cut though on PHAT, i was "clean" bulking

gained probably a good 7-8 lbs of muscle in 3 months

many times its worthwhile to bulk, just gotta trust your mirror

secondly, use a tape measure. My goal after the cut was 1.4 shoulder to waist ratio

Techinally you are in the middle of the week you really have to set a day and do it every week or every other week for better accuracy

Water fluctuations are unpredictable. For example when I am restricting calories my weight increases Sunday through Wednesday and tapers Thursday to Saturday. Things like that are why you need a consistent time and method .

ur better off trusting the tape measure tbh

most people arent willing to do it, but a tape measure more adequately identifies fat losses (and muscle gains)

Weigh yourself once or twice a week at the exact same time period.

Tape measure once a month.

Or something regimented like that.. that's the main thing.. regiment.

id get to 5x5 then 5x8

add another set then another then add reps. After doing weighted i went and did them unweighted and was doing 10x8 in the summer(not so much right now :flabbynsick: )
