between Rosenberg, that dude on Twitter that was drooling all over Kendrick's new song, and all the other cacs on Twitter acting like he's God's gift to rap, it's clear he is the new "chosen one" of white people to save them from all the uppity, bling/sex/drugs/money rap that is polluting their precious ears.
Hope his album good. Cant wait.

This is true. He's actually wild ignorant. I had to stop listening to Juan Ep years ago because he made so many offensive errors during interviews. he's a typical doofy whiteboy who got into hip hop around the Native Tongues/Wu tang/Hiero/Boot camp boom. If he listened to any rap prior it was likely something huge and unavoidable like NWA or 2 Live Crew, Beasties, Fat Boys type shyt.

It'll be this album's Backseat Freestyle.brehs now that I think about it, I get how "i" ties into the album. It's Kendrick getting into a car, turning on the radio and ironically hearing something positive, while his life circumstances are so negative. That's why the song starts out by saying "this is a world premier." And the traffic sounds at the end would be Kendrick snapping out of the positive mood the song generated, and realizing he's still stuck in traffic/life/whatever.
The producer of the track said Kendrick asked him to make something super positive. Given that everyone keeps saying this album is darker, I'd bet that is the concept behind the single and how it fits. We know he had a recent session with Pharrell so I think that's where he'll get a single from, for next year.
