Man I havent took the train in 3 years.... The MTA has always been bad with money... They fought years getting billions of dollars EACH YEAR and yet we still see no upgrades....

Yeah I am planning on moving to Woodside and buy a co-op/condo there so the commute would be like 15 min to a job in LIC. As opposed to 30 min to Midtown and 1 hour to BK.

I am hoping the lower office space rent of LIC will lure more tech firms there instead of DUMBO which would cost a lot more.

Yeah I think the lower work prices of LIC is an advantage. I also think with forest hills getting more expensive, more companies are going to want to move down towards the bridge. I remember JetBlue looking to move to LIC, if it left Forest Hills. But goodluck in Woodside, I hear co-op homeowners aren't as anal as the homeowners out here.

Man I hate these damn trains. I'm in the middle of closing on a spot in Riverdale. Once that happens, i'm only messing with the Metro North and driving. Trains have been extra packed and slow as of late, plus the slashings and random fights on them shyts don't help at all. @radio rahiem , what line is your train on breh?

I left the trains. I'm on the tracks now.

it's like that everywhere in Manhattan. Nobody got time to pay 13 a hour for parking Nikka. It's like downtown Brooklyn as well. If you got that bread, good luck to you.

If I didn't work for MTA, I wouldn't take the subways as much. fukking garbage. Especially the 2 & 5

But since I get free train rides for the most part, I can't/don't complain as much
