Like a clockwork :mjlol:

Everybody in the East was healthy and Kawhi breezed through it first try.

Oh now it's a duo...

Legroupies and their lies :russ:
Breezed through it? Their second round series went 7 games and they won because of the most insane bounce in NBA history. They were also down 0-2 in the ECF. And the fact remains that they won a championship because of injury luck.

That's supposed to be a gotcha :dwillhuh: Lebron won a championship his second season out west at the age of 35. That's a literal fact.

He won the East first try whilst breaking all sorts of records whilst he ran through it.

Easy work for a real Western Conference Superstar.

Lebron won a championship his second season out west at the age of 35.

In a bubble, that the players didn't want to be part of, during a pandemic and not in actual playoff conditions.

I hope you're not insinuating Kawhi won by "injury luck" because KD went down? , when for the bubble chip you're trying to legitimize, Dragic and Bam (Miami's second and third leading scorers during the bubble) went down in game 1 :sas1:

You might wanna re-think that one :sas2:

it would be the same timeline …the weekend you wouldn’t have 2 games..it would be 4 like it is or even 5

teams don’t need the 2 days off two or three times in a series…maybe the one time between games 3 and 4

Nah, I was responding to the person who said there should be max 2 games on a weeknight. The 1st round would take 3 weeks, PLUS once you get to games 5-7, and some series are over, there would be only 1 game a night on.

The schedule is fine the way it is. Game 1's on weekend 1, and make sure there are Games 3-4 on weekend 2. Then weekend 3, either game 7's of 1st round or Game 1's of 2nd round. These TV people know what they are doing.

What records did he break? He won because he joined a 60 win team and his finals opponents were missing two of their best players. Nevertheless, Kawhi won a championship his first season in the East and Lebron won a championship his second season in the West at an age when most players are retired. Those are the facts.

The Lakers were the best team in the league all season and won the championship in convincing fashion. Any significant player on a championship contender bow out from the bubble? Were the Clippers or Bucks missing any rotation players? Why the excuses?

The Heat weren't winning regardless but yes those injuries worked in the Lakers favor (though the Lakers were up 25+ in game 1 when both were healthy). The Warriors would have been the favorites if healthy.

The West exposed him as "just another player" and not must see tv..

He had a damn near mythological status whilst hiding out in The East and was essentially Godzilla of that Kingdom.

Now the majority of upcoming young superstars (Luka, Ja, Zion, Booker etc) reside in The West.

He NEVER should have come to The West but he thought he was going to construct a super team of him Kawhi and AD which would have kept him as the top guy for another 5 years.

It didn't happen, and now with Lakers struggling outside of 1 year with him as the 1 guy he's been lapped :yeshrug:

West has been a dogfight since the days of MJ.

Sometimes the East has the best team and wins the Finals but it seems like the talent is STILL skewed to the West even after 25 years.

So tonight they have an ABC game that's going to compete directly against 2 ESPN games? What's the science behind that....

Not one of y’all mentioned that ALL sports ratings are up this year

turns out…a big part of people enjoying watching sports is the atmosphere fans provide to the game. Who woulda thought?

this has nothing to do with Lebron or matchups or whatever. It’s just a bounce back from COVID sports ratings
