Celts are always gonna have the puters putin.. Go view the thread here compared to all the others :pachaha:

Dude really surprised arguably the second (or first) greatest team in NBA history that is in a top 10 markets vs a team that is in the 1st biggest market playing each other is a highly rated NBA game...:mjlol:.

Second thing is the last 50 years from a ratings standpoint the Lakers, Celtics, MJ and Lebron have carried the league.

No Lebron the league will do what it always had let the Celtics (or Lakers) carry the league (same way after MJ retired you had the rise of the lakers to carry the league). As I told fools on here the Lakers and Celtics run the league and either at different times or at the same time has always carried the league outside a few years mainly during the MJ and Lebron runs.

Oh now him being 37 matters? :ohhh:

But you Legroupies claim that he's a still a Top 5 player :mjlol:

Or has been surpassed and lapped by the likes of KD and his peers (Kawhi, Steph, Giannis etc) or not? :sas2:

If The Lakers won the chip this year you shameless Legroupies would have attributed it all to him as opposed to younger Anthony Davis :pachaha:
You said “oh now” as if we’ve ever criticized a 37 basketball player for being a let down.

yeah. Thats something we encounter every year in the NBA.
:wow:

The West exposed him as "just another player" and not must see tv..

He had a damn near mythological status whilst hiding out in The East and was essentially Godzilla of that Kingdom.

Now the majority of upcoming young superstars (Luka, Ja, Zion, Booker etc) reside in The West.

He NEVER should have come to The West but he thought he was going to construct a super team of him Kawhi and AD which would have kept him as the top guy for another 5 years.

It didn't happen, and now with Lakers struggling outside of 1 year with him as the 1 guy he's been lapped :yeshrug:
Only Lebron could be "exposed" winning a championship his second season in the conference in his late 30s :mjlol:

Most of the players did not want to be at The Bubble.
Under real playoff conditions Lebron got bounced out in the first round in The West.
Don't try and blame the squad he had or "AD going down" because y'all Legroupies swear Lebron is still a Top 5 NBA player and better than KD :mjlol:
Keep that same energy when prime KD loses in the first round with a healthy Kyrie. Hell, Seth Curry is probably better than anyone on that Laker squad last year after AD went down

:dahell: You mean that chip where he needed a pandemic and a bubble that the majority of the players didn't want to be at?

Under real playoff conditions he got bounced out in the first round :mjlol:

You Legroupies are funny. When Bron wins on The Lakers it's "he's a top 5 player" and AD's role is diminished. But when he loses it's suddenly "he's middle aged" and "AD was out" shameless.

Lebron couldn't even make a damn play-in:dwillhuh: and could get one more conference win than tanking OKC and you in here bringing up KD who y'all swear has never been better than Bron :mjlol:

The Lakers were the best team in the Western conference (started the season 25-3 and went 51-0 when leading at halftime) and didn't even get the benefit of having homecourt advantage. Still dog walked every team in the playoffs. If they would have lost like the Bucks or Clippers you would be treating the bubble as legitimate.

You mentioned KD :mjlol: KD is four years younger than Bron. Bron at the same age went to the finals with a considerably worse team. Like I said, KD is playing with another superstar and is still in the prime of his career and he's getting exposed in the first round in embarrassing fashion. You won't keep the same energy because you know he's not in the same class :manny:

In a bubble that most of the nba players didn't want to be at and not under normal playoff conditions.

Bron at the same age went to the finals with a considerably worse team

So now AD wasn't regarded as a Top 5 player in 2019? :mjlol:

You just proving what I said about you Legroupies. When Bron wins AD is no longer a Top 5 player. When he loses and AD isn't there he suddenly is :mjlol:

Like I said, KD is playing with another superstar and is still in the prime of his career and he's getting exposed in the first round in embarrassing fashion

Lebron (who y'all say is still a top 5 player) had two superstars this year and couldn't even make the 10 seed and the play-in spot :russ:

KD's actually playing in the playoffs right now with his peers and contemporaries whilst Bron is watching the playoffs at home just like us :pachaha:

there it is.

Those are historic teams. This is what is going over folks heads. The league is normally at its healthiest if the Celtics or Lakers or both are good (the league only needs one but prefers they both are good at once). Then add the east coast teams like the 76ers being healthy and good with a dominant player. It just adds the 4th and 10th largest markets in Philly and Boston.

Just think in the east the NBA has the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 7th and 10th largest markets in US all in the playoffs. Even though we had the dominance of Miami / Cleveland (Lebron Era) and San Antonio era. The league would much rather prefer that the large market teams are the dominate teams (preferably with a Lebron type of player).

shyt IMO if the Celtics win it all this year (who I am picking)....you better believe the league owners and execs will be looking at how they can get the Lakers vs. Celtics in the finals one last time before lebron hangs it up.

In a bubble that most of the players voted to play in

Pay attention, I said at the same age as KD is now. Bron was KD's age in 2018 and he advanced to the finals without anyone close to Kyrie next to him. He had seven 40 and 50 point games in that playoffs while KD just put up 2 stinkers in a row en route to a 2 game deficit. If KD is the best player in the world he shouldn't be the reason his team is losing.

You still haven't explained why Bron losing in the first round last year without AD means he isn't a top five player while KD losing in the first round in embarrassing fashion without an injury to his co-star is acceptable.
