I already said before that me and her were thinking about moving but we both love the city (both born & raised her) and as far as "owning" anything we've explored the possibilities but we're not ready for that yet.


The Coli's (TLR rather) obsession with finding anything to talk shyt*t about NYC shows how much low-key many wish they were from the city, and the fact that everytime somebody mentions NYC just about everybody gets their panties in a bunch .

It's true we are banking like that get a better job and level up it's that simple .

I have plenty family in NY. I have never had the desire to live there. Visited plenty of times to know it's not worth it.


As far as money? I'm good I have plenty of investments and I'm definitely more liquid than the average American. My house will be paid off in 7 years and I already have property in Phoenix and closing on one in Central FL. My income is actually going to be higher than my debt in 7 years. I don't need to work 100 hours a week have Six Certs and payback an ass load in college loans like a lot people

Luxury apartments NYC has always had them, it's not a big deal there are some cheaper apartments throughout NYC but they're not in "good areas".

Nowhere close. I don't care if you lived there 12 years. You hung out in the tourist areas and you worked in the tourist areas. fakkits from all areas come to visit Miami just like everywhere else. In my original post I said every place has a faq section. SOBE in Miami. Wilton Manors in Lodi. As far as seeing through out the town heavy. No it aint like that. The cities I named in Miami you couldn't refute. You just keeping talking about the touristy areas which makes sense.

ATL is fukking out of control. It's not just in Midtown. I saw it when I lived in Marietta. I really cant see how you can't see it. The mall in Buckhead is completely fakkit. Name one mall like that in Miami. Predominately fakkit? People really be in denial about the fagotry in ATL. shyt even their rappers are fakkit.

I'm.not in denial over shyt. Gimme a minute I can show you multiple posts I made in here over the years calling Atlanta for allowing the gay influence to be as it is. YOU are just in denial over Miami's state of things. Miami Beach isn't all tourist. Aventura Mall is full of gay dudes prancing around like ballerinas.
Have you been to Sawgrass lately, doggy? Seems like they passed a law banning straight male employees in that whole mall except for the Target. Just last week I was at Dolphin Mall and saw these 5 Latino gay dudes dancing together singing Despacito outside by the patio area where they had the speakers playing music.
Last but not leas let's not forget the mid-town part of Miami near 36th street by where the fashion district is. My aunt owned a house near it on 47th street and 1st ave NE. shyt used to be borderline hood and a lot of haitians and jamaicans. Now it's a bunch of Capri pants wearing fakkits walking around the place sipping mojitos and martinis. The ones who now rent the house from my cousin put me through torture once when we took a contractor there to fix the roof and the mofo answered the door wearing some see through tank-top and Daisy Duke shorts
I still can't erase that image out of my memory.

So no doggy I'm not delusional to Atlanta s state of things. I call them out over it all the time. You are just delusional about Miami's because you're a "native".

I stand by what I said. I never run into any weirdos, and the ones that are in Atlanta migrated from other cities. Atlanta nikkas are real nikkas, always has been.

Again just google "atlanta lgbt community" or Atlanta gay community". I could make the argument that at least a 1/3rd of Atlanta's women are either lesbians or at least bisexual. You walk around buckhead, midtown and downtown Decatur and they are all over the place. Hell some would say they OWN midtown atlanta and anywhere near Piedmont park. I love both cities and have lived in both cities for over 10 years. The thing is I'm more objective than you'll ever be on both because I'm not a "native" of either cities. So unlike you, I'm not biased/overprotective of any of the two because neither is my hometown. I don't have that sentimental biased need to protect one since I was a transplant/outsider in both and can give you AN OUTSIDER'S POINT OF VIEW on both.

YOU are a native and dont wanna admit the truth to yourself because natural instinct is to protect/defend your hometown's good name when it's being scrutinized by perceived outsiders. And aint no real shame in it, doggy. San Francisco and New York are probably the biggest gay sanctuaries of them all. And this is happening worldwide too. I was once in Warsaw Poland for work and witnessed a gay-pride parade in the middle of the street by the parliament building. I wanna say this was like...early June or early July 2012. It was a few weeks before the European cup championship in Warsaw Poland. At this point the caribbean islands are the only stronghold against LGBT and even they are starting to give in to the pressure.

No- if you're going to midtown, where all the cac tourists congregate, then it's going to be pricier (just like any other city based on vicinity). But you could also stay at hotels in nice areas of Brooklyn or Queens, that are reasonable. Newark too- which is like 20 min train ride from Manhattan. There's a lot of viable options that the average visitor or anti-nyc coli city-data expert wouldn't know.

Yup. You can get a hotel in Newark, Elizabeth or Linden and still be good. I have Marriott rewards so I usually do one of their brands and they have ratings and recommendations on the Marriott site that are on point. Any hotel down Rte. 1&9 or near Newark Airport, actually as far as distance is good. NJT train(commuter train) from Linden station direct to Manhattan. Newark- PATH or NJT from Newark Penn Station to NY Penn Station. About 25 min ride to NYC. Either way, you’re saving money on hotels and parking fees in the city. $200-$300 cheaper, daily. When you’re ready to visit, let me know if you need any other info.
