I hear ya, but we do have to retool our rotation. Bieber most likely opts out and I have a feeling he's not going to extend. No clue where Berríos will be at, but we're going to need to upgrade big time

I guess locked in rotation for next season will be Gausman, Yesevage, Berrios. Then we have to hope to extend Bieber, and then it gets messy if it's Laurer and Bowden-Francis to rely on. I haven't looked too much into our farm because I'm past those days where i look into the farm system of a team. We really need to sign 2 pitchers for the rotation because I don't think that's a rotiaton to get you there. Then we have to address our pen. It's going to be a tough offseason but we really do have to fill these spots if we're going to think about making the playoffs next season.

nah, you gotta take out Clement from that list. He more than showed up for us and was key reason why we were that close. I agree about the other guys though. for game 6 & 7 there's no way Lukes should be in the 2 hole and Ernie being behind Varasho who is ice cold. Varsho and agree that Lukes should've been buried in that line up.

i agree, if you can get bieber with what you were paying bassist then resign. I'd also see if you can rseign bassist to a cheaper deal.

He's been decent for the Jays and possible late bloomer, and highly unlikely he maintains this form. I def think in this run he had to be moved up in the line up. Varsho being cold needed to be buried in that lineup because he was def our worst bat. His defence is great, but was a liability at bat.

It's salvageable, but we def need to pay the money for a quality starter. I'm unsure if we have the farm to make a move, but we def have to solidify the rotation. I agree with your other post that for next season we can't bank on guys who had good form in the playoffs to carry form into next season.

I guess we'll have to see how serious Rogers is to compete. We have to do a major retool if we want to make playoffs and go for a run
