OK, I signed up for the indoor Iron Man challenge at my gym. So far I've run 3 miles, biked 15.6 miles, and tomorrow I'm gonna swim 22 laps. The goal is to run 26 miles, bike 112 miles, and swim 66 laps by April 17th. The prize is a t-shirt :heh:
Good luck! I wish I knew how to swim. I feel like I learn every year but it doesn't stick so I never remember how.

I did pilates today with a body bar. My instructor also made us do some modified military drills and I swear to God I thought I was gonna collapse. Been so sore all day. But as usual, did my yoga about an hour ago and I feel brand new. shyt is like a reset button for my body.

Do y'all use logs? Does anyone have a sample I can refer to?
Also, body weights or free weights?
