50 non stop strength training machines (back & leg extensions, seated row, chest press and the abdomen machine -- felt crippling pain after my third set of 20, so i think i'm using that one incorrectly). that workout bust my ass :dead:

gonna ask tomorrow if someone could show me around weights...it's so male oriented i'm kinda scared to go over there). Training session on monday...gonna ask for help with waist defining and flattening my stomach, but i think the exercises i did today would help. another day of chest and abs stuff, then leg day and then all cardio to end the week.

started a new gym today.
much larger, free fitness classes (thinking of joining one). much more amenities.

now that i have access to the car, i'm gonna try to head down there much more often. got a soror telling me she goes for one hour every week night.
gotta be more serious with this.
Definitely join one of the classes.
The gym I go to, I go to the "butts and guts" class, spinning, and yogs classes. I do go to the gym to exercise, but I feel the burn more after I go to the classes. I actually have been doing 2 classes a day (I can only go to the tues & sat classes)
The classes were the reason I decided to sign up with this gym. Planet fitness was a little cheaper, but they don't offer classes. My gym is smaller, so the classes have at most, like 6 people.

I wish I could find a gym that had class sizes this small. The ones I've been a member of, the classes are always crowded.

Struggling hard to stick to my workout regiment. Trying to lose 10lb by Memorial Day, down 2 lb in 2 days but feel like I am starving and I can't stand working out

Monday- Arms/Shoulders

Tues/Thurs- legs

Wed-chest

Friday- back

Everyday cardio and abs for Mon-Thurs...

Wanna add butt exercises.

I haven't done this shyt in a week btw.

Also tryna put in yoga probably once a week.

Alright its 6am and I gotta vent so I can be productive today

Growing up, I've always been the skinny one,
but since I've been in school, I've gained some weight, at 136 now (I'm 5'7)
so I came home on Friday for this big family event and of course all my aunts had something to say :snoop:

I workout daily, every morning I run 2 miles, I do my push-ups, sit-ups, squats
My arms, stomach, calves are toned, mama blessed my backside so no problems there, but my thighs aren't cooperating and they're messing with my proportions
And I have a beach trip with all my girls early-July, I don't want to look crazy out there.

So starting today I'm gonna make some changes,

I got an app that'll help me with portion control, gonna up the intensity of my workouts, add some new leg exercises and if I can drop down to at least 125-129, I think I'll be ok *fingers crossed* I'll report back at the end of June
So I've dropped almost 10 pounds already :wow: at 127 right now
it's crazy how much your diet makes a difference

-no fast food/soda
-baked chicken, nothing fried
-cut back on the injera (this has to be the hardest part)
-eating more veggies and fruits
-working out daily for an hour

overall though I feel good, this is the weight I'm most comfortable at
definitely feel beach ready
just gotta be consistent and not slip up
lmaoo I'm back to 140 :mjgrin: but I think this is the best I've ever been

stayed consistent with exercising/boxing
may have slacked off a little on my diet plan lol
but I feel good :blessed:

I'm at 210 trying to reach 180. I work out a lot now. I have a program on my phone that keeps track of how many mins I walk. I make sure I hit at least 2 hours a day. And last night I just threw in lifting in the mix. I'm starting to get a lot more energy. Like I'm just down to exercise all the time. Like usually.. ok this embarrassing... but usually after I fap I'm like ok I am tired. Now I'm like lemme charge my phone real quick so I can go on a early walk now.

I eat healthy when I can. that's the key word when I can. Because eventually I eat all the healthy shyt up in the house and its just shyt that's bad for you in the fridge.

On the positive side of it all is that in these situations I would eat an entire pizza to myself due to starvation lol last night I had pb n j and chips. I find it a major positive that I disciplined myself on foods like pizzas and chicken strips n fries. Because ya boy was literally eating both on a daily.

I also realized switching the diet and exercising a lot now puts me in a better mood than I could imagine. Plus the anxiety I had the last few months have went from like a 9 on the 10 scale to a 5 recently. shyt comes and goes instead of being around 247. I'm looking forward to it disappearing for good and I'm guessing it will if i just stick to the program.

The average person never really thinks about it. But the shyt you eat and you don't eat on top of that depending if you do any physical activity changes you as a person.

I got a homie who just randomly stopped fukking with the crew and just remains depress for no apparent reason. Dude does dope shyt on weekends and fukks dimes all the time. Yet hes been in the mood and hes taken it out on us. I've realized it probably has to do with the fact hes a huge dude who never exercises.
Dude be going out of town every weekend eating the most unhealthiest foods. that shyt got to add up.
