oh no!! have you tried a wrist splint or brace to take some of the pressure off? i sprained my ankle in october (not doing anything exciting like skiing, i was partying too hard in some high af heels) and i use an ankle brace when i work out

lol yeah I'm wearing a wrist brace, it's annoying, but it helps. I tried doing my regular workout, tested it out with a pushup, and the pain was too much :damn: the treadmill is the only thing that doesn't bother me.

yea dont jump to high wrist pressure workouts. and bind, rest, and ibuprofen. I need to do the same but work hasnt allowed me to, so im still not healed

I've actually been doing great...then I sprained my wrist skiing last week :mjcry: doctor said no boxing or workouts for a few weeks, maybe months. And I've been struggling to find a routine that doesn't aggravate my wrist :( any tips/recommendations?
Zumba should work well then, my sister is a Zumba instructor and her class was 99% dance. It’s literally like a Power Tap class

It's 2019 now, does anybody have any new year fitness resolutions?

Mine are:
1. to actually go for these swimming lessons I've been harping on about

2. go to the gym more consistently cause last year I was seriously slacking. At least twice a week. I wanna be able to do at least 5 unassisted pull ups by this summer.

3. Maybe go for pole fitness classes or salsa classes with some friends this year? Or maybe start going for some sort of self-defence classes?

4 .Just be more consistent overall!

What about ye?

This years gonna be crazy for me education and work wise, so I gotta make sure I don’t neglect my body. Gotta get a workout in at least a few times a week, whether at the gym or in non conventional ways.
Need to start meal prepping again so I don’t end up Uber eatsing junk at work.
Pull ups are a goal of mine too! As I can’t do a single one lol those and push ups!
I’ve become stagnant at 8mph whole running, I wanna get that up to 10mph!
And hopefully increase all my weights by 15-20 pounds!
