oh no!! have you tried a wrist splint or brace to take some of the pressure off? i sprained my ankle in october (not doing anything exciting like skiing, i was partying too hard in some high af heels) and i use an ankle brace when i work out
lol yeah I'm wearing a wrist brace, it's annoying, but it helps. I tried doing my regular workout, tested it out with a pushup, and the pain was too much
the treadmill is the only thing that doesn't bother me.
doctor said no boxing or workouts for a few weeks, maybe months. And I've been struggling to find a routine that doesn't aggravate my wrist
any tips/recommendations?
I didn't even think about this, Zumba would be perfect!
