Think I'm going to switch my routine around, add in two days for just conditioning and maybe take out the two power days

Next month breh is me and you in the gym. I'm still leaning out this bodyfat, im like 213 but I can see my abs a lil bit so im not to far. Damn bulk left at 230 earlier in the year
