A lot of people seem to be complaining about the story but I actually think it isn't too bad. Some characters are actually likeable, the writing is better in some instances than people want to give credit for. As far as gameplay I think there's going to be 2 distinct experiences: those who bought VC and those who didn't. If you bought VC then your only real gripe will be about badge grinding but with good attributes it'll be much easier. If you didn't buy VC then you're grinding both for badges and for VC and neither seems to ever come fast enough (How's my career so far
). Honestly the game is enjoyable, legitimately enjoyable, but frustrating as fukk when things happen that just don't make logical sense.Until you get good minutes and good attributes you need to be content with being a scrub and working on your teammate grade. Once you get moved up in the rotation you can try to make a bigger impact but it's not really necessary since the VC you get from stats isn't all that much. I feel when you hit the 70s in OVR then the frustration from being a bum will ease and the experience will be more fun.

A VC fukkfest.
It's by far the biggest grind in the series.
You aint getting to 99 unless you play this shyt all day everyday or itll take half a year.
I didnt want to pay for vc, but I was a sharpshooter who literally couldnt make shots. Unless I hit perfect I wasnt making shyt.
Even when I poured all the vc I earned I was averaging 2 a game.
Now that Im 70 overall I can grind it out the rest of the way, but its pretty garbage at 60 overall.
Story may be the cheesiest thing Ive ever seen.

I only do two workouts for turbo and the other for a badge
I gave up mypark last year because of all the cheese.....
