I'm playing on fukking All star difficulty and they keep beating my ass I use to breeze thru it on 17'. They definitely stepped up the AI levels this year.

So u have to do workouts to regain turbo but the workouts u do have 0 bearing on your attributes nor provide any boosts during the next game

Coincidently u can buy gatorade products to replenish your depleting turbo with vc

they doing too much.

TBH I am glad I skipped 2K this year. I know a lot of it is because it's a different game, but I am having a ton of fun with "The One" mode on NBA Live so far.
