The game is legit designed to make you crack open your wallet for VC. It's bullshyt. It makes me legit not want to play the game especially when compared to Live has the drip-feeding of progression at a perfect clip.

Brandon Paul signed a guaranteed contract in mid july but he's not in the game. But Darrun Hilliard signed a 2 way contract in September but he somehow makes the game? How hard is it to make a Brandon Paul 2k? Stop being lazy

I just don’t enjoy his franchise anymore. From the obsession with VC, stripped features/neglected game modes AKA we don’t profit off this so why bother, to the dumb down mechanics/gameplay that caters to the hypebeast dorks and casual noobs who don’t understand basketball. It just sucks
There's a good game here but the Gaming community should come down hard on 2k like they do other developers that try to exploit customers.

If I can't find a sim league or a pro am team on xbl I might be done. I just beat a dude by 20 and I had no joy. Literally all his points came from turbo in the paint he had the Mavs of all teams hitting contested layups and getting a foul called damn near all the time. He didn't call a pick ONCE. And dudes don't believe in L2 and R2 these nikkas just spam steal and get mad reach in calls. The gameplay is amazing,but with patches not patching and people who don't know simple basketball it's not fun online. I can deal with the VC,but when a game is around online and that's not fun or working then what's the point? I hate bytching but damn
