I'm not but I figured I was ovulating all day (or trying to
) cus my ovary was on straight struggle status. 
I get the worst mittelschmerz ovarian pain during the middle of the month. Whether I ovulate or not..

Very strange, I'm on my period right now too. I've found that since eating more healthily my cramps aren't as bad.

Exercising has helped mine. Even if it's just a walk. A nice run helps too but I fatigue a lot faster during my period and it's hard to function after a hard workout.
