Never delete his number. Rename it as "don't answer or bytch ass nikka" or something like so he won't catch you slipping. Just let him hit you up first but focus on other guys at the same time. If he hits you up less and less then unfollow him on IG or whatever.

At the end of the month I'm off this shyt. I went to the gym yesterday and felt alot better after I left. Hormonal BC is not my friend. People think I'm joking but I was literally crying yesterday morning for NO REASON. And even though I knew I didn't have a reason to be sad I couldn't stop crying. I feel fine today but it could come outta nowhere just like yesterday.

I was only taking it to regulate my cycle so I don't wanna stop mid pack and cause myself to be irregular again :-/ 2 more struggle weeks of this shyt.

After you get off it, start writing down when your cycle comes, how long and all that. Do that for at least 3 months. Keep up with the exercise too, it could help regulate as well.

Honestly I think working out too hard made me irregular in the first place. Dropped too much weight too fast. Ice had problems with that before. Ima start back working out just not as intense before
