I've been on a meal plan for about a week or so now and I had no problems feeling full. Last night after I had dinner, I still felt hungry and I was just craving something...just anything sweet. I ended up eating some Reese's pieces...they had protein in them though LMAO!! (that's how I justified it). This morning it was the same feeling. Just no satiation after breakfast whatsoever. Then I realized that I'm PMSing.

So I was reading this morning and it said during the luteal phase(PMS), progesterone levels are up and that's the hormone that causes you to crave more food and most of the time it's "bad" food. This phase lasts about 10-16 days. Now that you're bored or completely gave less fukks than when you started reading this post or perhaps you're like "Duhhh bytch" , this is important in planning my diet because 10-16 days of bad eating can be a major set back.

I'm going to really try to stick with my diet during this phase, maybe adjust it some and at the very least keep up my exercising. I will tell you that I'm going to have pizza on saturday though. I never really bothered learning the details about what happened before/during my period so this is an moment for me.
