Doesn't surprise me but it goes back to the under market deal he took to play with the Lakers. Rich Paul guides him to LeBron's team for less money than anyone expected him to take. He's having a great season with a consistent role, then LeBron and AD pushed for Drummond while promising him starting minutes.

It threw the whole team out of whack and Harrell definitely felt a way about it as did Gasol. Both were right to feel snaked.

If Trez got his minutes reduced lately with the Wiz (hadn't been watching), I bet it goes back to the Laker situation. Right or wrong, he sacrificed money to play with LeBron and got backstabbed near the end of the season. It probably feels like deja vu to him.

Wes Unseld Jr. was finishing games with Gafford at times cause he’s the only shot blocker. Some games Trez finished.

Mid December is when the team was in free fall out West.

Then in January, Bryant came back and all 3 centers had to play. But Gafford ended up being benched which led to Trez finishing games and the team losing as he was getting cooked defensively…

Wes is a rookie HC and I’m certain the front office advised him to keep playing Trez to showcase for a trade.

I don’t know what to believe these media people work in alliance to cover bs up…all this comeback to Shepherd and Unseld jr at the end of the day..

Trez def got to much heart(and stubbornness) for his own good, he was callin out shyt so that’s gonna rub people the wrong way I get it..But to so say he is the sole or main reason is a joke..

I can definitely see him wearing his voice out on a team full of vets, but Charlotte is one of the youngest squads in the league so he's got a role and a matching audience here.

In a perfect scenario, he continues seeing minutes with JT Thor and only closes for us if Miles feels like playing defense that night.

I agree Charlotte is a better situation for him...A young team that matches his energy...He can be the vocal leader that team needs..

He probably got frustrated with wiz cause of the lack of defined roles, it was a mess with a rookie coach, injuries and lack of chemistry in the backcourt ...So I could see why he felt some type of way when they relied on him heavily only to cut his minutes with no explanation etc...Trezz a good genuine dude but he got to understand the narrative and the politics of how the media works..
