Pretty much. Having confidence doesn't mean you realistically think you can pull every single woman you come across. it's more along the lines of you feel you are WORTHY of every woman you come across. The difference between the two is that there is no man on Earth who every single woman will feel, no matter how much money he has or how handsome he is... but obviously, the more of those resources you have, the easier it is. Even with that said, no man can read a woman's mind so you never know what a particular woman wants until you offer it to her, so it makes no sense disqualifying yourself ahead of time by saying 'she's out of my league'... which is why you should always feel like you are worthy of her. To me, it ain't about 'leagues'. It's more about if the particular woman you are dealing with will accept what you are offering. if not, take it to another woman. When it comes down to it, relationships are people dealing with people.
If I'm hollaring at some pretty broad who won't deal with me because I don't have enough money for her, I ain't mad at her. That's just one woman who wasn't feeling what I was bringing to the table... but she's not 'out of my league', because on that same token there is another woman out there just as pretty, if not prettier who WILL be feeling what I am bringing to the table.
