i was watching a show. typical BS .. guy falls for girl .. girl has BF .. they still flirt ... guy ask girl out .. girl says can't due to BF .. says they'll be moving in together soon .. then the day they're about to move in ....girl leaves BF and runs to guys house and tells him they were meant to be together.

i know it's a show .. but this shyt happens way to common and often. As soon as the girl finds someone slightly better .. everything goes down to shyt...all those memories, years, times spent together a forgotten memory...the girl lives happily ever after .. the guy wondering :wtf: happened.

I make every girl I talk to explain to me how the woman's actions in The Notebook were justifiable

another good one is "Playing for Keeps" with Jessica Biel and Gerard Butler. Biel has a kid with Butler, Butler is a soccer playign womanizer. they get divorced. Biel moves on. Butler uses his kid to stay close. Biel gets engaged to simp guy. Butler RUNS into the bridal store and kisses Biel while she's trying on wedding dress. Biel runs off and curses Butler out. Butler gets a job at ESPN but has to move to Conn. away from fam. Teh final scene is Butler driving on the highway before swerving into a u-turn to run back to Biel and his kid. Biel tells him that she broke off the engagement. everyone lives happily ever after.
except the simp of course but no one sees his side of the story. :mjpls:

lways remember when I was a "simp", and got dragged to see the movie "The Notebook", as I sat in the theater eating my popcorn I looked over and my girl at the time was crying.

What's wrong I said? Don't you see it's so romantic, it's true love. HAHA, let's dig deep into this "true love" that this filth the notebook portrayed.

The odds of a 16 and 17 year old falling in deep love after a summer fling is Absurd. So are we really supposed to believe a chick who was just dating Ryan Gosling did not even go beyond the honeymoon
stage is going to run back to him ten years later when she is engaged to a rich man? yeah right.

Anyone notice how her fiance is also portrayed as a bad man? the villian? like he was standing in the way of a beautiful love story.
This man wasted years of his life on this chick, built up her self esteem, loved her with all of his heart, and even allowed her to go back to her hometown and see her ex, only to get cheated on and portrayed as the guy standing
in the way of her following her heart.

Women love that kissing scene "I waited for you for seven years, now it's to late" aka I waited for you now I'm engaged its to late.
Not even five seconds cheating on her faithful fiance, I'm sure not one female watching that scene was thinking at this time like wow how could she, nah they were crying omg so romantic.
Well not me I was there shaking my head like what an abomination.

And then after this Allie dumps her fiance and runs to Noah, they get married and have kids, and then we are supposed to feel sorry when she is reaping what she sowed as she's dying of alzheimer's?

Titanic

Titanic is another film that causes me to shake my head. Isn't it funny how the faithful man was painted as such a horrible creature, just because he did not want to
share his woman? He spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on this cruise for his soon to be wife and her mom, only she is out canoodling and cavorting with some poor little kid?

Which man would not be mad? You pay all that money for that trip and are painted in a crude way, while she dances and prances with some pauper. And to even make this guy look more evil,
they portray him going on a lifeboat, like oh no. A young rich man wants to live how dare he, how dare he not float in the freezing water like all the "good men". And then Rose hides from him, are we really that stupid,
we all know women in that time for the most part did not work or were highly educated, so how is Rose going to provide for herself now?

Rose gets married, has kids, yet in her last days she still thinks back like 80 years ago about some boy who wined and dined her for a few days? Not her loving husband of decades?

Get married brehs!!!!!

Bride Wars

Ah another one of those films. Here's another horrible man, a guy who stood beside and dated this chick for TEN YEARS. And what does he get out of this?
Dumped at the altar infront of his friends and family, because she doesn't want it anymore. she wants her space. And then a few minutes later, the same chick
who wasn't sure what she wanted, the same woman who needed space that same.......dancing with another man.

Titanic was absolute steaming horseshyt.

Even if the fiance was an a$$hole at times, what man wouldn't feel a way when his woman suddenly disappears and goes off to some party with an unknown dude? Then starts holding hands with said dude while the ship is sinking and kissing up on him like they knew each other for years. shyt was disgusting. Then they try to make him look bad when he started shooting at them. Damn right! After all that humiliation and mental turmoil, of course he was going to react to his disloyal ass woman who not only cheated but kept defending some other dude to him whom she had posed NUDE for when her own fiance probably never even hit that yet. Of course, it's never shown that she even tells her husband she's unhappy or that he's even aware of the fact. If the gender roles were reversed he'd be a 'dog', but stuff like this programs women to think it's ok to cheat when some mystery dude suddenly lights your fire. :smh:

Speaking of which, the actress is just as much a scandalous bytch in real life. I remember a few years ago she won some award when they acted together in another movienand when she was accepting the award, the bytch was literally crying and serenading Leo talking about "OMG!! You're such a great friend! I love you so much!! Muah muah!!!" I remember thinking, bytch you're MARRIED!! I can't even imagine how her husband must have felt. No wonder her marriages never last. Can you imagine a dude shouting out a female costar like that? The media would have mauled him to death.

speaking of good ol kate

On 22 November 1998, Winslet married film director Jim Threapleton, whom she met while on the set of Hideous Kinky in 1997.[110][111] They have a daughter, Mia Honey Threapleton,[111] who was born in October 2000 in London.[110] Winslet and Threapleton divorced on 13 December 2001

inslet began a relationship with director Sam Mendes in 2001,[112] and she married him on 24 May 2003 on the island of Anguilla.[110] Their son, Joe Alfie Winslet Mendes, was born on 22 December 2003 in New York City.[110] Winslet and Mendes announced their separation in March 2010,[113] and divorced in 2011.

Winslet and Rocknroll married in a private ceremony in New York in December 2012.[1

3 marriages and shes only 39

titantic disgusted me, id be pissed as hell if i paid to go on a cruise with my fiance and yet shes talking to and canoodling with some dude she just met on the ship, how the hell am i in the wrong there? both titantic the notebook and many other movies validate cheating and "following your heart" don't care about the good faithful bf who stuck by you when times were hard, dont worry about his feelings or his heartache nah just cheat, pt yourself first it will work out in the end :childplease:

Made of Honor

Tom is with a different girl every week, while Hannah focuses on her career in an art museum. He is very content with his life, suspecting that Hannah is too.

Hannah tells Tom she must go to Scotland for work. While she's gone, Tom discovers that without her, being with another woman week after week is not very fulfilling. He realizes that he loves Hannah, and decides to tell her his feelings when she gets back. Upon returning, Hannah surprisingly announces she is engaged to a wealthy Scot named Colin (Kevin McKidd). Hannah asks Tom to be her maid of honor for her wedding. After discussing it with his friends, Tom decides to be her maid of honor, only to spend time with her and try to convince her she does not even know Colin, as well as making her realize that he loves her and she should be marrying him.

On her Hen Night, Hannah parades around a pub and sells her kisses for change. As she goes around, Hannah then kisses Tom. Though it just started as a peck on the cheek, it turns into a passionate kiss.

Just when the priest asks for objections, Tom is sent flying off his horse and through the chapel doors. Seeing her best friend on the floor, Hannah rushes to him. As he struggles to stand up, he tells her that he loves her more than anything and that she should marry him. They then share a kiss. Hannah tells Colin that she is very sorry and that he is the perfect guy, just not the perfect guy for her.

And women are wondering 'why aren't men chivalrous?'
The board messed the link up. It was a link to a story about a woman who uses men for free dinners through online dating. She saved 1200 a month doing so.
