I can't tell you that experience is wrong but age wise you are kind of in between. Still a lot of fukkery on both sides of 30. It tends to level out a little later.

A lot of the women who are worthy to be wifed around my age... they got wifed up a while back. There's still a few out there. The fact is if you find a decent woman, especially if you're 25 and under, better hold on to her because it's going to get worse.
Oh I know that, difference is now I don't put up with anything.

I've only met 4 women in my life whom I can put into the category of being good women.
1. Age 28 (black). Takes care of herself physically. Has one degree, working on her second. Works full time as well. Goes to church. Has been with the same cat since 2004, no side dudes, etc etc. They kinda did the long distant thing, (~50 miles) though there was a period where she was in Florida and he was here, she was in the military for about a year and a half. She is super loyal to this dude. She takes care of home for him, he's actually 3 years younger than her. The trade off is, he cooks (he's going to be a chef). She NEVER talks bad or down to or about this dude. At least not publically, and their families love each other. I expect them to be married at some point. No kids.
2. Age 31 (black). Takes care of herself physically. She's in the medical field. Goes to church. Still curves nikkas to this day for him. They got married about 6 months ago and have been together since 2007. They took in each others kids, but haven't had one together. He makes very good money working for the city, and again they are so loyal to each other. Both can cook. She never talks down about him, and vice versa. She will give him her last, and vice versa. They cried at the wedding.
3. Age 29 (dominican). Takes care of herself physically. I forget exactly what she does, but again, has a degree and works fulltime. She got married about 2 years ago...used to date my best friend, he
I used to tell him all the time....but he was young. He's learned and he's married now. She is loyal to her husband, but they don't have kids yet. She always has a positive attitude no matter what, and they genuinely have fun with and "get" each other.
4. Age 22 (white/black). Studying to become a nurse. Works part time with my company, working as much as her school schedule will allow. Always smiling and happy. Tries to keep a positive attitude. Has a good relationship with her mother and grandmother (her pops dipped, and yes, HE'S WHITE). Wants to get married, have 2 kids, etc. She can cook, and keep a house (her food was good as hell). And she is great managing money...always looking for ways to improve herself and tries to live modestly. She says she was picked on a lot as a kid, and is just starting to come into her own, she's also one of those "she don't realize how fine she is" types. Good candidate, but i work with her. Jesus would I happily impregnate her
