I changed in general. I cleaned up my lifestyle, got leaner, and just started enjoying life more. I took control over myself as opposed to acting like things were out of my hands. Everything got better. I lost 30 pounds, started traveling more, going on more dates, etc.

I talked about masculine energy in here a couple months back. Believe me it’s a real thing. It really disarms people and you’ll see how different your interactions are with people. Little things like looking everyone in the eye when you address them, being more direct.

If all you do is stop watching porn/masturbating and make no other adjustments then I wouldn’t expect much in the way of life changes. That’s just my opinion.

My voice has not necessarily gotten deeper, but I am better able to access and explore the lower register of my voice. My mouth piece self-polishes. I used to crank that souljaboi nightly to fall asleep. I sorta realized eventually that it was kinda disgusting, getting all sweaty, falling asleep with the light on, loose-fist-clenched around my hog. My actions disagreed with my philosophy. My nuts are worth more than drying into whatever paper towels were lying around my room!

Your body and mind is sorta in this perpetual state of exhaustion by constantly conjuring the essence necessary to create and cultivate life!!! Give yourself a break. Delayed Gratification is a cornerstone of being a man. You must conserve ur nuts also to give them to your woman once you get her because she wants them and she wants them with volume and force!!!!! After around 14-16 days of nofap/noporn I had been able to go 4 rounds (2x2), the 4th nut almost penetrated my bedroom wall!
