So I was at this going away party for this entrepreneur woman I mentioned before. I decided it would be nice to see her before she left.

I ended up being introduced to her best friend since high school. Gorgeous woman. I saw them whispering as they were looking at me prior to the introduction.

Just a general conversation. I later saw her ring and said "How long have you been married?" She told me eight years. The conversation went from very topical banter to her telling me the issues in her relationship. I think it's a good point to drive home to men that you should focus on your passion in life and of course drive you and your partner.

She's a musician and also does event coordinating. I'm not sure of the husband's job but she stated that he has been at the same job for several years and lacks ambition. She is trying to focus on her music and the fact that they have to kids makes it hard.

She sort of stated that she would have done it slightly differently if she knew all of this.

I realized through this conversation she was interested in what I was talking about and her eyes brightened up talking to me. I wasn't being flirtatious just gave her good conversation. I ended up getting her # and she later texted saying that she enjoyed talking to me.

Her friend (the woman I was banging) said in front of her colleagues and friends that she should divorce her husband and realize that men like me out there exist. Pretty crazy situation overall.
