Take away the attention you giving her. Stop the texting and video calling her, don't hit her up until she hits you up and when she does hit you up chat to her for a little bit and then cut her off, say you busy got something to do but nice chatting to her, she should keep in touch and keep it moving and repeat.

If she hits you up and the convo gets to you two meeting up try to get her round to your house. If she brings up the change in your behaviour and you not hitting her up as much anymore keep it 100, tell her you understand her stance but you don't wanna take the risk sitting around waiting for something with her that might never materialise or be stuck being the guy who just gives her attention.
