Shorty I went out with last night was a dub. Fortunately, we just hit a movie so it didn’t require much, if any interaction and I dropped her off right after. I had a plan to get drinks after if I was feeling her but I deaded that idea on sight. Took her home and then hit up another shorty that was about 20 minutes away since I knew she was just getting off work. Ended up meeting up with her at her place. Ended up smashing dentist lady last night

The night had the potential to end up badly too. She had a rough day at work, and I thought she might not be in the mood, so I played it cool. We made dinner together, and she eventually loosened up. I slowly made my move, and she ended up taking me to her master bedroom. Stayed the night, and got home maybe an hour ago?

I swear by full body workouts like Leroy Colbert. I learned a lot from watching Leroy colbert’s Videos on YouTube. A black man who never did steroids(and hates them) who was the first to build 21 inch biceps. Search his name and just start watching. Take your time and learn through trial and error what works for your body. As long as you’re training you’ll be in a better position than not training. Muscle will come easy because you’re not an advanced lifter. You could put on 15-20 lbs solid muscle in no time.

I got one and I know most of you guys probably know this but the movies is a horrible, HORRIBLE first date and I learned that the hard way. I took a girl I been talking too for a minute now to the Lion King and that shyt was boring to us. Good thing I was in god mode and my higher self was like sun, you should come up with a place to take her after the movies, word is bond. So I had planned a phase 2 for after the movies from the very beginning, we went out to eat after the film and we had a great time.

Lesson learned: Don't take a girl to the movies on the first date, sure it seems like a romantic ideal but it's not a good one for a first date because you can't talk at the movies

Also if the movie is not a great film then it won't make for a great experience.
