What was the reason she gave for you to move out? You just can't chill at her place or is she looking to split the bill? Are your parents monopolizing your time, saying you can't spend the night at her place?

Yea u explained the exact reasons I'm hesitant . My family owns several rental properties so I understand the game somewhat. Paying $1.2 a month on rent is crazy to me. In 1 yr, that's $12k, a decent down payment fund

But nah lol my folks treat me as equals. I do whatever. I never brought a girl home besides her.

The reason she brought it up bc she wants us to spend more time together and. Her roommate got laid off and the lease is up at her place in a few months. And her roommate is blowing thru her unemployment checks bc she thinks the landlords will continue to freeze rent plus 2nd stimulus is coming:snoop:
