For so long I’ve been casual with ladies and have become extremely comfortable being the one pursued for commitment.

One of my current situations involves a long time friend I have feelings for and ended up smashing a couple of times when I was in town.

Really feeling her and she knows that and is open to build a relationship, but we’re long distance for now.

Me actively pursuing someone relationship wise coupled with the long distance has got me feeling like I’m in unfamiliar territory. It’s far from my typical dynamics but I’ll try to make it work esp if I see she is too.

Even if it doesn’t work out or it just seems like it’s too much, I know I’ll be happy with myself for trying it out. I feel she’s worth the effort.

Any tips on the whole ldr dating thing?

Any one who's been following my story from the beginning of the year until Halloween (when i got dumped), saw me chronically a journey of a woman i dated this year.


Cliff noted: we met locally, she left for school but we didn't build a solid enough foundation and my insecurities took over.


So that ended before I could salvage it.

End game is: do i recommend it? Of course. If y'all two mentally healthy people who can trust one another. I say it's worth it.



Would I do it again? Funny thing is... no. But i want that old thang back and I want to make it work.


So obviously, that's why my stance on LDR is so strong. Cuz I haven't let go yet.
